#25: He Found Strength in Recovery
By the 2000s, Grammer began to find steadier footing in sobriety. Therapy, family support, and faith became anchors. He has spoken openly about the importance of facing addiction head-on and not hiding it. Recovery was messy and imperfect, but it gradually gave him back control over his life.

Today, Grammer reflects on his addictions as part of his story, not the whole story. He credits his children and his wife Kayte with giving him reasons to stay healthy. Though he still describes recovery as a lifelong process, he has embraced stability and healthier living.
