Times When the Saying ‘Beggars Can’t Be Choosers’ Was Spot-On

This person actually had the audacity to post a wanted ad on Facebook, asking for an artist who is willing to work for free – as if this was a perfectly legitimate request. Someone took it upon themselves to teach this person some manners, and commented, saying that “asking people to work for free is the act of a scumbag.”

Two more people found his post hilarious – and ridiculous. If they think artists would be willing to work for free just because, it really is hilarious. It sounds like they don’t understand the concept of “work”. Just because artists do what they love doesn’t mean they don’t need to make a living.
